This workshop takes you deep into the heart of Monika’s Dance World, where you’ll explore an innovative movement concept called “The Inverted Portal.”
In this experiment, movement is studied as an inner performance - one that unfolds without an external audience, witnessed only by the dancers themselves. What happens when you become both performer and audience, attuned to the spectacle of movement and feeling unraveling within your own body?
You are invited to reclaim your performative agency, heighten your tactile sensitivity, and experiment with the possibilities of dance as an ever-expanding art form.
Limited to just 30 participants, this workshop offers an intimate, immersive way to reconnect with your dance practice in a fresh and profound way. To extend the journey further, all participants receive free entry to both the CLAY Performance and the MDW Launch Party later that day!
